By accessing or using SignalAI House ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignalAI House provides AI-powered chat and language processing services through a web interface and API. The Service is currently in development, and features may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SignalAI House. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as described in your plan. Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

SignalAI House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalAI House from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignalAI House operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
